Administrative Program Manager
Electricore, Inc serves as administrative program manager and signatory for publicly funded research, development, and demonstration programs with consortium participants.
Electricore, Inc. serves as the point of contact between sponsoring agency representatives, participants, and critical subcontractors for all administrative issues throughout the proposal, contract negotiation, and program maintenance phases of a typical program.
Acting as liaison between the government and industry partners allows the industry partners to focus on the research and technical goals of the program, freeing their time, personnel and other resources from the administrative demands of the project. Electricore, Inc. provides all administrative support including but not limited to financial and technical progress reports, milestone invoicing, site and program review coordination, final reports and additional administrative services as required under a program. Electricore, Inc. works closely with the sponsoring agency's technical management teams who typically provide lead technical product research and development activities.
Financial and Accounting Functions
Electricore, Inc. establishes financial and cost accounting systems and provides personnel to assist participants and critical subcontractors in monitoring actual versus budget expenditures for both cash and in-kind transactions. Participants are individually responsible for providing financial and accounting data to Electricore, in a timely manner, which can be consolidated for overall program visibility and management decision support. Electricore provides guidelines for consistency, submittal and payment deadlines.
Procurement and Subcontracts Administration
Electricore, Inc. provides procurement and subcontract administration support. Team Members will provide reasonable support for the preparation of the subcontracts and the suppliers' statements of work, schedules and budgets as requested by Electricore. Electricore facilitates procurement and subcontract negotiations with reasonable support from government contracting officer as required.
Information Dissemination and Meeting Coordination
Program meetings and information exchange are established, coordinated and documented by Electricore. Electricore at the direction of sponsoring government agency, facilitates business meetings to address specific program related updates and concerns. Electricore, Inc. will submit documented test results, presentation materials and periodic reports required by the sponsoring government agency. Participants and critical subcontractors will provide reasonable support for the preparation of these materials as requested by Electricore.
Internal and External Communication
Electricore provides a secure environment for information sharing and interactive collaboration that will be maintained by Electricore. All proprietary information is maintained in accordance to Electricore's "Document Handling Security Plan" to ensure protection of such information.
