Dr. William Wylam is the President of International Energy, a global consulting company specializing in energy for transportation. Dr. William Wylam retired in 2005 as Corporate Director of Technology, Remy International, Inc.  Remy International is a leading worldwide manufacturer of automotive electrical and powertrain products for conventional and hybrid powertrains. Dr. Wylam is also retired from General Motors/Delco Remy Division as Chief Engineer.

Ilker "IKE" Bayraktar

Mr. Bayraktar leads efforts to Develop, Establish Strategic Relationships, Develop International and Domestic Markets, New Venture Development and leverage of diversified resources. He holds responsibility for the achievement of Electricore and its participant's long term vision and objectives. Mr. Bayraktar is the former Vice President of International Initiatives of AeroVironment.

SNC Lavalin is one of the leading engineering and construction groups in the world providing engineering, procurement, construction, project management and project financing services to a variety of industry sectors, including agrifood, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, chemicals and petroleum, environment, heavy construction, mass transit, mining and metallurgy, power and water management. Mr. Letourneau currently serves as Senior Vice President, Aluminum Division, M&M Quebec, within the Global Mining and Metallurgy group. In addition, he was the founding President and former CEO of Vaperma, Inc., an emerging developer, manufacturer, and supplier of advanced gas separation systems. Mr. Letourneau holds a MS in Chemical Engineering from the University Laval, Québec, Canada.

John Waters

John Waters is an entrepreneurial and business development professional with over 25 years experience in sustainable enterprise development, product development, and successful implementation of complex solutions. Recently, Mr. Waters conceived and co-developed a $2B business plan for the energy supply and transportation sectors. Leveraging a consortium he founded between Alcoa, Johnson Controls, Google, he launched the enterprise of Bright Automotive, Inc, in January 2008, of which he now serves as Vice Chairman.

Previously, Mr. Waters served as Vice President of Transportation at Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI). He established the practice and provided energy strategy for Fortune 500 companies (e.g., Alcoa, Ford, Wal-Mart, etc.). Prior to RMI, Mr. Waters was the Vice President of Business Development for EnerDel, Inc. - a lithium battery joint venture with Delphi Corporation. He led the joint venture and was responsible for developing new markets, commercial sales, and strategic partnerships. As Manager of Product Engineering at Delphi Corporation (2001-2004), Mr. Waters initiated strategic customer partnerships and launched a new lithium battery business for Delphi. He was responsible for the design, testing, and production of multiple lithium battery products, including the Segway®.  Prior to Delphi, Mr. Waters worked for GM where he led numerous projects, including the development and production of battery pack systems for GM's first electric vehicles.

Mark Cohen

Director, Product Manager- ReliOn

ReliOn is a leader in the development and marketing of modular Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) fuel cell products. The company markets commercially available fuel cell products using its patented Modular Cartridge Technology®.  ReliOn products are available domestically and internationally for commercial and industrial backup applications in the 600-Watt to 12-kilowatt range.  ReliOn fuel cells are certified to multiple safety and performance standards. Mark Cohen manages all product lines for ReliOn.  Mr. Cohen also serves as Executive Director of Kilofarad International, the consortium for the ultracapacitor industry, and is a former Executive Director of Electricore.  Mr. Cohen has served in engineering, marketing, and management positions, with expertise in power and energy systems and strategic technology management.  He holds an M.S. in Technology Management from Pepperdine University, and a B.S. in Applied Mechanics from California State University.

Jacques Delisle

Nomos Systems combines mechanical, electrical and computer design expertise to provide customized control panels to the manufacturing telecomm and energy marketplaces. Specialization is design, fabrication and testing of control cabinets for medium to high power transformers.

Deborah Jelen

As Director, Deborah Jelen is the Chief Operating Officer with general charge and supervision of the conduct of the ordinary business of the Corporation. Ms. Jelen's experience includes over twenty five years of program and product management roles in the defense, aerospace, automotive and alternative energy marketplaces. Her experience includes leadership roles with AeroVironment, Hughes Aircraft Company and Olin Aerospace's Rocket Research Company. Ms. Jelen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from University of Southern California.
